The grievance of the petitioner is that the

direction in Ext.P4 order passed by this Court has not been complied so far. Aggrieved by the denial of interim custody granted to the petitioner by Ext.P4, the petitioner had preferred Exts.P5 and P6 interlocutory applications

before the Family Court seeking implementation of the said directions. But the said IAs have not been disposed

of so far.

Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner.

Having regard to the pendency of the

aforesaid IAs, the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram is
