JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed for a direction to the District Court, Alappuzha to issue a certified copy of the order on I.A No.1095 of 2017 and in the meanwhile to keep further proceedings in Indigent O.P No.58 of 2017 pending.
3 . In view thereof I dispose of this original petition directing that further proceedings in the Indigent O.P No.58 of 2017 shall be kept on hold for a period of one week from today. This is to enable the petitioner to seek for appropriate remedies against the order on I.A No.1095 of 2017, if he so chooses.
