JUDGMENT
All that the petitioner seeks for is an expeditious disposal of O.S.No.78/2013 pending on the files of the Munsiff's Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
The report called for from the Registry reveals that the suit is already listed for trial on 3.1.2019. In view thereof, no further directions are called for. I am sure that every endeavour will be made by the learned Munsiff to have the suit disposed of without delay.
