JUDGMENT
All that the petitioner seeks for is an
expeditious disposal of O.S.No.49/2018 pending on the files of the Munsiff's Court, Sasthamcotta. I do notice that the suit is a recent one. However, in view of the medical records produced by the petitioner relating to his illness, I am of the opinion that the court below shall make endeavour for a speedy disposal of the lis .
Having taken to consideration the report
obtained through the Registry, and on the circumstances as noticed supra, I direct the learned Munsiff, Sasthamcotta to make every endeavour to have the suit O.S.No.49/2018 tried and disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably before the court closes for Christmas Vacation, 2019.
