JUDGMENT
All that the petitioners seek for is an expeditious disposal of O.S.No.1378/2017 pending on the files of the Munsiff's Court, Thrissur. The suit is one for partition. The same has to go through the two tiers of preliminary decree and final decree proceedings for final culmination.
The report called for from the Registry reveals that the suit presently stands posted to 7.3.2019 for framing issues.
I dispose of this original petition directing the learned Munsiff to make every endeavour to have the preliminary decree passed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate before the Court closes for summer vacation, 2020.
