JUDGMENT
In response to the notice issued by this
Court in this writ petition, Sri. T.K.
Sreenivasan, who is stated to be the Manager of the 1st respondent-Association, has appeared before me personally. He says that the 2nd
petitioner, Sri. P.M. Alikoya is now no more and the 1st petitioner is not interested in
prosecuting this writ petition any further. He, therefore, prays that this writ petition be dismissed.
In the afore circumstances, recording the
afore submission, I dismiss this writ petition as
having been not pressed.
