The petitioner is the third accused in the case registered

as Crime No.1224/2015 of the Vanchiyoor Police Station under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petition is filed to quash Annexure-A5 first information report registered against her.

When the case came up for hearing yesterday, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was ordered to be listed today for disposal. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner is absent. The fourth respondent is represented by his counsel.

The fact that there is no representation for the petitioner continuously on the hearing dates indicates that the petitioner is not interested in continuing the proceedings in this petition.
