ORDER
This Crl.M.C.was filed challenging FIR registered
in the year 2014 as Crime No.951/2014 of Koyilandy Police Station registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 427 and 506(i) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code r/w. Section 17 of the Kerala Money Lending Act.
