ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Crl.M.C. with liberty to approach the proper forum for the proper relief, finding that the powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. cannot be exercised by the High Court to intrude into the functions of the trial court. The submission is accepted.
