ORDER
When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire proceedings against the petitioner has been quashed by this Court.
He prays that necessary directions be issued to the learned Magistrate to release the vehicle that has been seized by the police.
It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate orders from the learned Magistrate. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered and orders shall be passed expeditiously.
