Now the petitioner has been released. So the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the above Criminal Appeal. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above Criminal Appeal and dismiss the Criminal Appeal as NOT PRESSED.
