This appeal has been preferred by the appellant Rajesh challenging the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Additional Sessions Judge – II (Special) by which the appellant is found guilty for offences under Sections 450, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for brevity 'IPC') and was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with a default stipulation of rigorous imprisonment for one year for offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. and also sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with a default sentence of rigorous imprisonment for six months for offence under Section 307 of I.P.C. and further sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay a fine of 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with a default direction of rigorous imprisonment for three months for offence under Section 450 of IPC. All sentences were directed to run concurrently. It was further directed that if fine amount is realized, 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) should be paid to
