JUDGMENT
When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor handed over a report submitted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Walayar Police Station, stating that the appellant expired on 18-112008. Copy of the death certificate is also produced. However, No relative of the appellant has come forward to contest the matter. Therefore, the appeal stands abated and shall be consigned to the record room as held by the Full Bench in [2017 (1) KLT 341 (FB).
The report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor and the copy of the death certificate will form part of the records.
