JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant
has already served out the substantive sentence, and so, the appeal is not pressed. The appellant does not want a decision on merits. There is another conviction against him, and that appeal is being heard independently.
The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded, and accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
