JUDGMENT
This Contempt of Court case is filed by the
petitioner complaining that the directives contained
in the judgment dated 06.09.2018 is not complied
with. The subject issue was relating to the proceedings initiated under the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008.
Special Government Pleader pointed out that,
pursuant to the directions issued by this Court the issue was considered and the proceedings were dropped on 03.06.2019. In that view of the matter, I
do not think anything survives to be considered in this Contempt of Court Case.
The Contempt of Court Case is closed recording the above fact.
