The petitioner has filed this Contempt of Court Case

alleging non-compliance of the directions contained in Annexure B judgment of this Court dated 04.06.2018 in W.P. (C). No. 18055/2018 whereby, the first respondent was directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P4 and P6 revision petitions, strictly in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner and also to the fifth respondent Manager and, after affording them an opportunity of being heard.

On 06.02.2019, when this contempt of court case came up for admission, the Senior Government Pleader sought time to get instructions.

Today when the case is taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Government Pleader produced an order dated 05.03.2019 of the respondent, issued pursuant to the direction contained in Annexure B judgment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.03.2019, this contempt of court case may be closed.
