The above Contempt Case has been filed alleging noncompliance of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(C). No.36921/2018 filed by the petitioner.

Pleader would submit on the basis of instructions that the respondent-Officer has complied with the directions in the abovesaid judgment and has passed proceedings No. A9-2234/18 dated 18.9.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been served with the copy of the said proceedings. Accordingly, the learned Senior Government Pleader will ensure that a copy of the said proceedings is furnished to Smt.A.Parvathy Menon, learned counsel for the petitioner, today itself.
