The above Contempt of Court Case has been filed for non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court in AnxA1 judgment dated 12.3.2019 in W.P.(C).No.7220/2019 filed by the petitioner herein.

Today, when the matter has been taken up for consideration, Sri.Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-Officer, would submit on the basis of instructions that now the competent authority of the State Government in the Health and Family Welfare Department has issued G.O(Rt).No.2343/19/H&FWD dated 28.9.2019, whereby sanction/permission for prosecution of the accused and the same has been issued in full compliance with the direction
