JUDGMENT
It is seen that this contempt case is instituted alleging that Annexure-III order issued by the Government insofar it relates to the appointment of Sri.M. Mohanraj as Administrative Officer in the State branch of the Indian Red Cross Society would amount to wilful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-I judgment.
In the circumstances, the contempt case is closed, recording the submission made the learned Government Pleader.
