returned back later after the conclusion of the criminal case and that believing his version, the lady had handed over the original of the title deed in respect of her immovable property coming to about 9.5 cents, (which was purchased by her), along with the land tax receipt etc to the petitioner. Thereafter, despite repeated requests, the petitioner had not cared to return back the original of the title deed and later on enquiry of the Village Officer and the Revenue Officials, she could realize that the property has been mutated in the name of Chinmaya School and came to know that her property was sold to Chinmaya School on the basis of a notarised power attorney alleged to have been executed by her in favour of a person who happens to be the advocate clerk of the petitioner and that the lady has never executed any such power of attorney in favour of the said advocate clerk of the petitioner and that it has been forged and fabricated by the petitioner and that the property has thus been sold by Annexure 1 registered sale deed dated 07.12.2005, on the basis of the power of attorney said to have been executed in favour of the petitioner's advocate clerk and that one of the witnesses of Annexure 1 sale transaction is the another advocate clerk of the petitioner and further that, the petitioner has identified the power of attorney holder in respect of Annexure 1 sale deed before the Sub Registrar's office.
