The petitioner herein apprehending arrest in a crime pending before the Kayamkulam Police Station, sought bail. when the matter was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner in the Kayamkulam Police Station and no complaint is also pending against the petitioner.
This submission is recorded and bail application is closed, reserving the right of the petitioner to move this Court, if any crime is registered against her.
