When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has submitted that the final report had been already filed by the Police before the court concerned after completing the investigation. Since the final report had been already filed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the court concerned and apply for regular bail. For the said reason, I am not inclined to entertain this Bail Application.
Accordingly, this Bail Application stands closed.
