The above bail application has been filed in relation to Crime No.97/2019 of Ochira Police Station, Kollam. Sri.Shaijan C. George, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit on the basis of instructions of his parties that the petitioners are not pressing the prayers in this application and that the matter may be closed accordingly.
Recording the above said submission of the petitioners, it is ordered that the above anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed as not pressed.
