However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer, in Crime No. 295 of 2019 of Kundara Police Station, within 10 days. If the petitioner surrenders before the Investigating Officer on any day before 9 a.m., within 10 days as directed above, the Investigating Officer shall interrogate the petitioner, and thereafter, produce the petitioner before the jurisdictional Magistrate on the same day. If the petitioner files any application for regular bail on his production before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, the learned Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the application for bail, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
