Since this Court has already quashed the criminal proceedings as per Anx. A-1 FIR in Crime No. 435/2019 of Ernakulam Town South
Police Station as per the order rendered today (11.4.2019) in Crl.M.C.No.2579/2019 on the ground of settlement between the petitioners accused and defacto complainants therein, nothing survives in this bail application, which is pertaining to the said crime which has already been quashed by this Court. Accordingly, the above bail application will stand disposed as infructuous.
