When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has submitted that the petitioner surrendered before the court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badagara on 16.04.2019 in Crime No.211/2019 of Badagara Police Station. Since the petitioner had already surrendered, nothing survives to be decided in this application. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as infructuous.
