However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer within ten days from today. If the petitioner surrenders before the Investigating Officer on any day before 9.00 a.m. within ten days, as directed above in O.R. No.09 of 2017 of Chethalath Forest Range, the Investigating Officer shall interrogate the petitioner and thereafter produce the petitioner before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on the same day. If the petitioner files any application for regular bail, on his production before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the application for bail, in accordance with law, on the date of production itself.
