4. Today when the case is taken up, the 3rd respondent had produced the alleged detenue before this court. Learned Government Pleader submitted that, the alleged detenue along with the 4th respondent was traced out from Ahammadabad, on 11.9.2018. The alleged detenue was produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Ambalappuzha on 12.9.2018. Since she was reluctant to go along with the petitioner, the learned Magistrate had directed her to be admitted at the Children's Home, Alappuzha. She was again produced before the Magistrate's Court on 13.9.2018. It is stated that, the case registered was altered as one punishable for offence under Section 365, 376 of I.P.C and under Section 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. The 4th respondent, who is the accused in the case, was arrested by the 3rd respondent on 13.9.2018. It is stated that she will be produced before the Magistrate's Court on today. It is further stated that, the alleged detenue was sent along with the petitioner from the Magistrate's Court on 13.9.2018.
