The detenue is present before us and we have interacted with the detenue, in detail. The detenue submitted that she is not under the illegal confinement of the fourth respondent, as alleged in the petition. She emphatically denied all the allegations in the writ petition. Since the alleged detenue is not under illegal confinement of the fourth respondent, as alleged in the petition, this writ petition will stand closed.
