J U D G M E N T
The main prayer in the Writ Petition (Civil)
is as follows:
“Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 effect necessary entries under the Transfer of Registry Rules, 1966 and to permit the petitioner to remit property tax for the property schedule as A schedule in Exhibit P1 immediately, without any further delay.”
2. Smt.P.K.Priya, learned counsel for the
petitioner, would submit on the basis of
instructions of her party that the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
In the light of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the above Writ Petition (Civil) will stand dismissed as withdrawn.
