JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court challenging an order

passed by the Educational Authority directing the petitioner to close down the school which is being run without recognition. This Court as per Ext.P7 common judgment directed the Government to consider the applications filed by similarly situated persons for recognition. The petitioner has now submitted an application for recognition.

The petitioner's application shall be taken into for logical conclusion within three months. On being granted recognition, the request for NOC shall also be considered in the light of the directions in the common judgment. All directions in the common judgment shall be followed in the matter except time schedule fixed therein.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
