JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is working as Kazhakam in the Velam Maha Ganapathy Temple, Mayyil, has filed filed writ petition challenging Ext.P3 order, by which she is placed under suspension. According to her, the order of suspension is illegal and unwarranted.

The learned counsel for the 3^rd respondent on instructions submits that a show cause notice was already issued to the petitioner and she has submitted Ext.P2 explanation to it. The learned counsel also submits that there are valid reasons to place the petitioner under suspension.

Ext.P3 order of suspension is issued by the trustee. In the above circumstances, it is for the petitioner to move the trustee, who is the competent authority, either to review or to finalize the disciplinary action.

Therefore, I dispose of the writ petition, allowing the petitioner to move the trustee with appropriate application within period of one week, which the trustee shall consider and pass orders, within another one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
