Petitioners are Upper Division Clerks working

¶26

in Kalluvathukkal, Ashramam, aggrieved by the transfer ordered as per Ext.P1 on 02.02.2018 to Chenkulam,

Munnar and Kovilkadavu in Idukki district.

¶28

Petitioners submit that the present transfer has caused serious inconvenience to them especially because of the duty time in FL-1 shops to which they are posted. It is also point out that there is no reason for transferring them to such far-off places and no norms or criteria is followed while

transferring.

I have already considered similar cases in

the writ petitions filed by some of those included in

Ext.P1 order and directed the 2^nd respondent to

W.P.(C).Nos.7309, 7310 & 7311 of 2018

consider the grievance of the petitioners therein on account of the transfer and directed to accommodate them causing them least inconvenience.

Petitioners have submitted representations

produced as Ext.P4 in these writ petitions before the 2^nd respondent. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations submitted by the petitioners within a period of 'three weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, having regard to the inconvenience being caused to them on account of their posting in far-off places. Till orders are passed, petitioners are allowed to continue in the same station.
