J U D G M E N T
Petitioner was the team leader of Nirmala Higher Secondary School, Chemperi in the “Desabhakthiganam” competition at the District Level School Kalolsavam held on 29.11.2017 at Payyannur. Petitioner and her team could secure only 2nd place with A grade and has a difference of 8 marks with the first place winner, who is having 267 marks with A grade. This disables the petitioner and her team to participate in the State School Kalolsavam and being aggrieved, an appeal is preferred before the Appellate Committee, which was dismissed as per Ext.P2 order dated 23.12.2017. It is thus aggrieved by Ext.P2 and seeking other consequential reliefs, this writ petition is filed.
