The petitioner is the Clerk in the 1^st respondent Bank. The 1^st respondent submitted Ext.P5 representation for removal of audit objection and regularisation of promotion of the petitioner from 07.06.2010 to 30.11.2014 before the 3^rd respondent, which is pending

consideration. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation of the 1^st respondent within a reasonable time.

2. In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 representation of the 1^st respondent, after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'six weeks' from

the date of receipt of a copy of this this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
