Petitioner approached the District

Educational Officer Thiruvalla, by Exts.P4 and P5 against the appointment of the 6^th respondent. It is urged that she has a preferential claim in the light of Ext.P2 government order. There shall be

a direction to the District Educational Officer/4^th respondent to consider Exts.P4 and P5 after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 within a period of two months. Needles to say, the 4^th respondent shall also advert to Ext.P2 government order as well as Ext.P3 rulings of this Court while taking a decision as directed above.
