his party that the limited relief sought for at this juncture by the petitioner is only for a direction to ensure that the 2nd respondent District Registrar takes a considered decision on the request made by the petitioner in Ext.P-5 petition after affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the representative of the 1st respondent Housing Board. Accordingly, it is ordered that the 2nd respondent District Registrar will take up the request made by the petitioner in Ext.P-5 petition and after affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and an authorised representative of the 1st respondent Housing Board, Kochi, will render a considered decision thereon without much delay, preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. The copies of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent District Registrar reflecting the abovesaid decision should be communicated to the petitioner, the 1st respondent and the 3rd respondent Sub Registrar.
