The allegation of the petitioner in the above writ

petition is that there is a pathway on the boundary of the petitioner's residence and the party respondents are trying to widen the road by demolishing the wall and a portion of the building in the petitioner's property.

2. We are of the opinion that there can be no

direction issued to the police and the remedy of the petitioner lies in the Civil Court. We, hence, dismiss the writ petition, leaving open the remedy of the petitioner before the Civil Court.
