appearing for the petitioners would submit that the leave may be granted to the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition (Civil) with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings to enlighten the grievance of the petitioner.
In the light of the above said submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the above said Writ Petition (Civil) will stand closed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
