15.6.2017 will stand set aside. The matter will stand remitted to the 1st respondent Tribunal for further consideration. The petitioners may given their written objections to the Tribunal within two weeks from the date notified for receiving a certified copy of this judgment. They may also adduce necessary evidenciary materials to convince the Tribunal that the 2nd respondent is financially capable of taking care of himself and that he has landed property, etc. Since it is reported by the District Legal Services Authority, Kasaragod that respondent No.2 requires legal aid, the Tribunal will ensure that necessary legal aid counsel is obtained for R-2 through the District Legal Services Authority, Kasaragod. The contesting respondent No.2 will be given an opportunity to rebut the abovesaid versions of the petitioners and thereafter, the Tribunal will pass final orders on the application for maintenance submitted by respondent No.2 without much delay, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. Until final orders are passed by the Tribunal as aforestated, the petitioners will comply with the interim direction given by the Tribunal as per Ext.P-2 directing grant of monthly maintenance to the 2nd respondent at the rate of Rs. 1500/- per month each.
