It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount claimed in Ext.P1 application has been remitted in compliance of
the condition imposed by this Court while issuing the interim order dated 25.10.2016. It is submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of taking note of the remittance mentioned above.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is closed, accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
