JUDGMENT

P.N.Ravindran, J.

When this writ petition came up for consideration today, Sri.Abraham Mathew, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that in view of Ext.R1(c) Government order dated 1.11.2017 produced along with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the first respondent, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition, reserving liberty with him to file a fresh writ petition incorporating a challenge to Ext.R1(c) Government order dated 1.11.2017 as well. None opposes the said request. In such circumstances, accepting the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in relation to the same subject matter incorporating a challenge to Ext.R1(c) Government order dated 1.11.2017 as well.
