JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who applied for selection
to the post of Junior Clerk at various Cooperative Societies/Banks in Kottayam District, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a declaration that she is eligible to be granted five marks as grace mark under Rule 182(4)(ivA) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969 in the selection process conducted by the 2nd respondent Kerala Co-operative Service Examination Board, for appointment to the post of Junior Clerk under the 5th and 6th respondents and other societies listed in Ext.P5. The
petitioner has also sought for other

for respective respondents. Urgent notice by speed post was ordered to respondents 5 and 6. This Court granted an interim direction to respondents 5 and 6 to add five marks as grace marks under Rule 182(4)(ivA) of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules to the respective total marks awarded to the petitioner with respect to the appointment under respondents 5 and 6.
