The petitioner, who was working as Manager

(Finance) in Guruvayoor Devasswom Board was placed under suspension by Ext.P5 order dated 31.8.2018 of the 2^nd respondent Administrator, which was one based on Ext.R1(d) decision of the 1^st respondent Managing Committee, produced along with additional counter affidavit filed by respondents 1 and 2. On 16.11.2018 when this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file a proper application for amendment to incorporate a challenge against Ext.R1(d) decision of the 1^st respondent Managing Committee.

Today when the case is taken up for further consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a not pressed memo, seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition, with

liberty to move the 1^st respondent, with a request to revoke the order of suspension.
