Even though this matter was heard for sometime, it became apparent that there are civil disputes pending between the parties and that this
Court may not be in a position to therefore,
adjudicate on these issues affirmatively.
The learned counsel for the petitioner then sought for permission to withdraw this writ
petition, with liberty to move the competent Civil Court for appropriate reliefs.
consequently, this writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn, reserving the afore prayed liberty to the petitioner.
