The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri.Mahendranath.V, after some deliberation in the matter, prays for liberty to withdraw this Writ Petition, where the prayer is essentially for implementation of the direction issued by the Kerala State Human Rights Commission for creation of posts of Lower Division Typists in the Panchayat.
Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
