ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider Exhibit P8 and issue Patta, Pokkuvaravu certificates and Thandapper certificate to the petitioner for the properties scheduled in Exhibit P1 in Survey Nos.771/1-1 and 773/1. iii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P8 on the basis of Exhibit P3 and P5: “
appearing for the petitioner would submit on the basis of the instruction of his party that the leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition in view of the subsequent developments.
