JUDGMENT

The petitioner wants to re-do the internal

examinations. The petitioner's attempt to

clear the Theory Examination failed on account

of shortage of marks in internal.

University would submit that as per the

University Regulations such a request cannot be acceded.

¶26

petitioner moves the Vice Chancellor for relaxation of the existing University Regulations, the Vice Chancellor shall bestow

his attention and at least consider his

¶28

request for one more chance to re-do the internal examination. Appropriate orders

¶29

shall be passed on the representation within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
