JUDGMENT
The petitioners who are the members of the 4th respondent Society and also ex-members of its Managing Committee, have filed this writ petition
under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st
respondent Registrar of Co-operative Societies, to issue copy of the enquiry report prepared and
submitted under Section 65 of the Kerala Co-
operative Societies Act, 1969 to the petitioners
immediately. They have also sought a writ of
mandamus directing the first respondent to extent an
opportunity of hearing on the enquiry report submitted under Section 65 of the Act to the
petitioners and direct the respondents not to initiate any further proceedings without complying
the prescribed formalities as provided by Section 65 of the Act.
