The petitioners, who are employees of KSRTC working in different depots, have approached this Court in this writ petition, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to sanction and disburse the amount on account of Provident Fund non refundable advance immediately. The statement of facts of the writ petition does not contain the essential facts and supporting documents required to maintain the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to move afresh, with appropriate pleadings and supporting documents.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the aforesaid right of the petitioners.
